Safe Deposit Boxes
Safely store important documents, such as birth certificates, marriage licenses, stocks and bond certificates, insurance policies and valuables. Safe deposit boxes are located at the Pearlridge and Kaneohe Branches. A nominal annual rental fee applies.
FREE American Express Travelers Cheques
The safe and secure way of carrying "money" while on a trip. Travelers Cheques may be purchased from our tellers at no extra charge. They are available in denominations of $20, $50 and $100 of five or ten cheques. "Cheques for Two," or dual signature checks, are offered for a nominal fee.
FREE Notary Service
If you need to have legal documents, such as mortgage deeds, certified for its signature and authenticity, the credit union offers notary service (up to two signatures per day) at no charge to members.
FREE Signature Guarantee Service
If you want to sell or transfer securities registered in your name, the Hawaii State FCU provides Signature Guarantee Services to members at no charge (guarantees are limited to $100,000 per transaction).
FREE Teller Checks
Teller Checks are available, one free per day, per member ($8 each additional check). Members can request Teller Checks up to the available limit in their account.
National Auto Dealers Association New and Used Car Guides
Before buying, members can check out the fair market value of a new or used car through the National Auto Dealers Association (NADA) Pricing Guide. It will provide members with enough information to negotiate a fair purchase price for a new or used car. Also available through the NADA Pricing Guide, are prices for motorcycles, motor scooters, classic cars, boats, and recreational vehicles. So, use the NADA Pricing Guide to help you negotiate the best deals on your next set of wheels.
